Upgrade activities for the new Pegasus-III facility began in December 2019. Among other enhancements, the new facility will feature a stronger, high toroidal field assembly. Collaborators from the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, and the University of Washington are involved in the Pegasus-III project.
